Terms and Conditions for Secrets Vault Promotions
Organizer
Secrets Vault may organize from time to time promotional campaigns (the “Promotions”) as announced on its website (the “Website”) or through other official communication channels. Participation in the Promotions implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Violations of these Terms may result in immediate disqualification of the participant.
Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older, unless otherwise specified, and who meet the criteria set out for each specific Promotion. Employees, affiliates, or contractors of Secrets Vault, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Participation is free and does not require any purchase unless explicitly stated.
Duration and Scope
Each Promotion will have a defined duration and geographic scope, as specified on the Website or promotional materials. Submissions received outside the specified period will not be considered valid.
Mechanics
The specific mechanics, including how to enter, how winners are selected, and any conditions participants must meet, will be described in the promotional materials for each Promotion. Only submissions that comply with the stated rules will be considered. Secrets Vault reserves the right to monitor participation and ensure compliance with these Terms.
If Secrets Vault detects any inappropriate, illegal, or unethical conduct by a participant, or any anomaly or suspicion that a participant is attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to tampering with their registration through technical or electronic means to manipulate results, the participant will be automatically disqualified. Secrets Vault further reserves the right to remove any entries and revoke the eligibility of any participant who demonstrates or is suspected of engaging in irregular behavior as described above.
As the organizer, Secrets Vault reserves the right to make any decision it deems necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, the temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of the Promotion if required by circumstances.
No Purchase Necessary
Unless explicitly stated, participation in the Promotions does not require any purchase or subscription to Secrets Vault services.
Prizes
The prizes for each Promotion, including their nature, quantity, and value, will be announced on the Website or promotional materials. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or costs associated with claiming the prize.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in accordance with the mechanics outlined in the promotional materials and notified via the contact details provided upon entry. Winners must respond to the notification within ten (10) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the prize, which may be awarded to an alternate winner.
Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to the confirmed winners within a reasonable timeframe after their identity has been verified. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity or other documentation as a condition for receiving the prize.
Modification and Cancellation
Secrets Vault reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotions at any time without prior notice, including changes to mechanics, eligibility criteria, or prize details, provided that such modifications are communicated promptly via the Website or other appropriate channels.
Personal Data and Image Rights
By participating in the Promotions, participants agree to Secrets Vault processing their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Website. Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotions. In addition to, winners, by accepting their prize, grant Secrets Vault the irrevocable right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publications on Secrets Vault’s social media platforms, the Website, and other marketing materials, without further compensation or prior approval. If a winner does not wish to grant these rights, they may decline the prize.
Liability
Secrets Vault is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures that may affect participation or the availability of prizes. Secrets Vault assumes no liability for damages, losses, or injuries incurred as a result of participation in the Promotions or use of the prizes.
Disputes
In the event of any disputes regarding the interpretation of these Terms or any other matters related to the Promotions, the decision of Secrets Vault shall be final and binding.
User Agreement
These Terms are subject to the provisions of Secrets Vault’s User Agreement, available on the Website. In all matters not expressly addressed in these Terms, the User Agreement shall apply.
